Since a Public Affair is a full-service wedding and event firm we are able to provide planning, coordination and management, décor, drapery, flowers, lighting, and linens. Providing this takes the stress out of dealing with many vendors. The services that a Public Affair do not provide are then selected from a preferred list or client preference.

Planning, or Design as we call it, is the start. During the consultation we will discuss your event. We will talk about some preliminary decisions: date, time, possible locations, colors, style, ambiance, and most important, budget.

Following the consultation we allow you to decide whether or not to contract us for décor, drapery, flowers, etc. This is a Public Affair’s complete package.

The following meetings will be more creative. We will decide invitations, schedule, décor, flowers…basically everything. With a Public Affair providing these services it ensures that all details are not lost in translation in cases where many vendors are involved.

Final meetings will be arranged to make final decisions, review budget and bills, look at room layout and seating chart, and make any last minute changes.

a Public Affair will be there during the rehearsal, set-up, event, and tear-down to manage the event and ensure everything goes off without a hitch.
