Great events do not happen by themselves – there is an art to entertaining. a Public Affair manages the event’s activities and ensures that everything goes off like clockwork – from set-up to tear-down a Public Affair will be there to coordinate every detail.
Once the design process is over the coordination begins. a Public Affair works with all your chosen vendors and ensures that everything operates smoothly. We will be at the location of your event and coordinate set-up and check all details.
If there is a rehearsal a Public Affair will be there to coordinate if need be. Not only that, but rehearsals allow us to meet VIPs and distribute schedules to necessary persons.
The day of the event a Public Affair will confirm all details and schedules. Throughout the day we will ensure that everything runs on schedule and any and all issues are resolved.
Following the event a Public Affair will tear-down and clean per venue agreement.
